Not thought through and not well done

Everything looked fine from the packaging. But after using it for a while, I found that it just doesn't do exactly what I need it to do and lacks in versatility. The materials and the design don't seem well thought out either. Handles are only attached to the very ends of the extension cords. It's very wide and I find myself banging my hands on doors. I can't position the grips narrower because the extensions on the ends are just the right diameter for the grip clip. The rest of the extension is 2mm smaller in diameter. Extensions are fixed. They cannot be taken apart for storage or if I just want to use one side. To store it in a case, I remove the battery grip from the stabilizer that's still attached to this thing, but I have to loosen the grips on both ends to make it lay flat. That brings me to the next topic. The red thumbscrews that hold all the clamp parts together can be pulled up and turned to change the position of the handle. Unfortunately, thumbscrews are too large for the hex screw they are fitted to. There's a lot of play in the fit, and I'm always afraid it'll break at any moment, especially since I really have to unscrew the clamps to keep the knobs from turning easily. Gimbal battery grip is not secured. It fell twice after I took it apart, prompting me to look for it on the floor. Bad sloppy design. With all these problems I found that I don't use it anymore so it turned out to be a waste of money as now I can't return it. I don't recommend it and I can't even pawn it in good conscience to anyone else.
