Wore this for the first time and it was a 100% improvement in comfort in wearing my duty belt.With the proper adjustment it supports the weight of the belt taking off your hips and prevents the constant pulling up of you pants. Comfortable? Yes!

Didn''t even get to wear the suspenders. the plastic clip broke as I tried to adjust it. There are other reviews of this same issue.
