Please Note: I have only used this once but the company has requested a review so here it is. I have thick straight hair and I dye it regularly. It's great and not too dry. Pros: Shiny hair stays shiny. Nice loose waves for a voluminous look. Fast to use. Nice long stem. Cons: The button was accidentally pressed while using the iron regularly and it changed my number again. It was positioned very annoyingly and I wish it had to be at least a firm press or double tap before it changes to you to accommodate that predicament. This is perfect if you want loose waves. It gives me no visible curls. I look at the girls in some of the reviews and wonder how the world is. I had to walk through the same area several times. Nothing if you're in a hurry, unless you spray your hair with a hold product first. Perhaps this is what other reviewers have done. I like loose waves, but I like being able to pick them whenever I want and make them tighter or at least longer if I want. I wanted big curls, but I wanted to see them. LAUGH OUT LOUD. The iron is hot, but that doesn't mean it will keep the curl longer. I had to use the product (hairspray) on my hair to even see the curls. (I mean wave when I say curl. It's a slight curl.) I can see exactly how this product is used to smooth tighter curls for a voluminous look. UPDATE: I am returning the product. After a few hours I couldn't even say that I had spent so much time on my hair. it's coming back Also customer service was very nice and helpful but they wanted me to remove my review as it's only 3 stars. Although the girl was very nice. UPDATE 2: Customer service is off the charts. Keep trying to get it right. The bottom line is, if you want loose, glossy waves for minimal work, get this. You need to try to make the curls more visible.
