I like it! Removes most of the frizz on the face and makes-up can be applied very smoothly. It doesn't hurt at all, but I've been removing my legs and eyebrows for many years. Since I didn't experience any facial pain from using it, as some reviewers have mentioned, I opted for my armpits. Surprisingly there was no pain there either, and I expected it to be painful. Only felt a few plucked hairs. Different people, different hair follicles. My daughter, who has brown hair, said her face hurts but she whimpers when her eyebrows are plucked and she has big roots. I think everyone who thinks about it should give it a try because I like the results. Didn't even lighten my skin. Amazing results.
