GUYS. So I've been using this soap brand since April 2019 and I haven't looked back. I originally bought this for my eczema (back of my knees) and mild acne (mild acne means a few bumps here and there every blue moon without a severe acne condition) and found it worked well for both conditions. I warn you, however, that the first time you use this soap (this may or may not apply to everyone), it will hurt and burn like hell. For my acne, it was like addressing the elephant in the room. It opened up my acne marks, made my bumps red and a little bloody, but that was okay. As in life, things get really bad before they get really good. It went straight to my pimples, making them rough and vulnerable. I was like wtf lmao. So I left my face alone for a few days and only rinsed with water very, very lightly and gently as my skin was still very rough to the touch. After that, as my pimples started to cake up and die off, I was able to rub them off after 2-3 days and I was glowing. I love it. But yes, your skin can react very strongly, then it gets used to it with constant use. I've used it on both body and hair. Now I will say that I feel like it has a really strong acidic pH (which might explain the burning reaction), so one day I decided to combine the soap with black seed oil (a brand of amazing herbs) and a to manufacture multi-purpose cleaners. I mixed 3 parts liquid soap with 1 part black seed oil and it was EVEN BETTER. These two products complement each other very well and have basically cured my severe eczema. I washed my body with it and moisturized with yellow shea butter. thatsit And what more can I say, this combo is really versatile. I use it to wash my hair (black soap cleans very well, add BSO for a good cleansing wash for eczema, or add another type of oil (olive, castor, coconut, etc.) to lighten the hair, to moisten and wash.) I wash piercings with it (combination helps to clean and heal piercings much faster, DO NOT SLEEP ON IT) and I use it as a daily body wash. This soap makes me feel so clean and my skin is so healthy and odor free (although I love the soap's earthy smell) and it has so many healing properties and LADIES it doesn't lower my vaginal pH like most commercial scented soaps do this. I really really love this stuff. One more thing, if I get an accidental wound/cut/scratch I put some black seed oil on there first to start the healing process and kill germs (BSO has antibacterial/fungal properties) and then when I shower I use a combo . . Apply shea butter to it and keep doing this until it is fully healed. Without unpleasant scars, without the formation of scar tissue (scab), heals perfectly. This soap is truly amazing and I will NEVER stop using it!
