Long sleeve is the best in my rating
I bought size XL just to be on the safe side, I'm 5ft 10" 185lbs and it runs a little big. The sleeves definitely go over my wrist and around my fingers. Overall the quality is very comfortable and breathable. For the summer I will definitely take more, but I will order one size smaller.
