Review on Wallaby Classic Lo Boot by EMU Australia - Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid Sizes by Jessie Ritchie

Cheap feed. Attention

my daughter only wore them a couple of times and then the inner lining came out in lumps. She is very fond of boots, but this created "bald patches" in the boots that made them uncomfortable to wear. We're sending them back for exchange and hope the next pair doesn't do the same. We also ordered another EMU boot, a mini model, and this one did the same thing, so that seems to be the trend with these knockoffs as BOTH failed fairly quickly. In terms of quality compared to "other brands" these are great looking boots that look just like the real thing. but the quality is not the same. This applies in particular to the inner lining. Aside from the lining failing due to a hopefully fixable defect, the lining is much thinner than "other brand". We bought a 'different brand' pair for my daughter a year ago when we found them on sale (very difficult!). She wore them all the time and mostly wore off the soles. But the lining is still thick, soft and comfortable. The EMU, on the other hand, has a thin lining that becomes dull and "worn out” after a few uses. I have a feeling electric trains won't last long. However, I refuse to pay full price for "other brand" but "other brand" is always good quality. The EMU boots look good, but the quality of the materials is "fake". As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I'll try to reply again in a few weeks to see if the new pair holds up better. IF these shoes stand the test of time, then they are apt for counterfeiting. The jury hasn't arrived yet and we haven't had a good start. I know these boots have a lot of positive reviews but we are 2 out of 2 with outlines. My daughter has only had these boots for a week and both pairs appear to be defective. At this point I would rate this as a very cheap fake of the original. AVOID.
