I bought a N2010 20 inch LCD TV three years ago (2005); My wife wore it 2-3 hours every day. I stopped working 3 weeks ago. When she turns it on, the screen cycles through what appears to be diagnostic (basic color screens are about 5). I wrote to CEO James Chu the day after he left work; I haven't received an answer yet (already 3 weeks). . I find this callousness on the part of customers appalling. I will no longer buy Viewsonic products. I'm a physicist/businessman and have about 16 displays running 10 hours a day on weekdays - currently mostly Samsung. I
