These are the BEST backs for earrings!
This is GREAT! At first I thought they didn't match my stud earrings, but I pressed a little harder and they did. Fits perfectly but is easy to remove. I use them on my 2 carat diamond martini set and am very confident that they are safe. They also hold the stud in my ear MUCH better! The stones even seem lighter and bigger because they are properly seated now! I can't recommend them enough!
