I had several Foscam cameras so I could keep an eye on my cockpit when I was out and was always frustrated with the setup and the constant interface issues. I saw this Hiseeu for 1/3 the price of a Foscam and decided to take a look at the wireless security system that this camera could be part of. One of my absolute requirements was a simple interface that could be accessed via an app on my phone, my computer and my iPad. Among those systems and cameras, Hiseeu is one of the few (like Foscam) to have such an interface - most have a phone application but don't access the camera through a computer. The camera arrived two days later as promised. . Upon unboxing I was surprised at how much smaller it is than Foscam's, probably 1/3 smaller. This was not a problem for me as it can be an advantage in certain installation locations. It's powered from your regular USB socket and power bank - again a departure from Foscam which has its own plug and power system which I don't think will work even when switching between its own cameras (PIA when I built a power cable that went all the way to the camera that died and I tried to hook up a new camera in its place). The connection instructions came with the camera and were easy to follow, although I used a YouTube video which enlarged the print considerably. The camera simply connected to my wifi and within minutes I was able to view a clear live image through my phone. The interface in the application is simple and intuitive. I found the image very sharp, the little person pans and zooms easily with sound. Very beautiful. I then went to Hiseu's website and downloaded the software for my computer. Unfortunately it was a zipped RAR file that my computer couldn't unzip. Then I emailed Hiseeu that I couldn't unzip their file and within 24 hours I got a response with additional software that solved my problem. When I couldn't figure out the "password" for the new software (there is none), I emailed them again and they responded again within 24 hours. Obviously their support is second to none. Again, the computer interface is intuitive and easy to use. Obviously made for their much larger security systems but works great with one or more cameras if I want to add more. I am very happy with the camera, the support I got from Hiseeu and the very affordable price.
