I'm not sure why "Training" is a rating for this cable, but if your workout depends on transferring data from one port to another, this is your cable. Everything you need you can see in the picture. It has a pinch protection, it's a standard board. I hooked it up to my Raspberry Pi 4 and felt it tremble with joy. The Switch was less than impressed with the experience, but switched data over the wire and back with its callous, dead inner expression that said it was just doing it for the money, like most switches.
