I bought one a few years ago and found that it completely covers his bum so he can't "walk" which means he can't wear it outside the house, it unless it becomes a diaper. , haha! No problem! My dog loved wearing it on cold nights because he had a hard time getting back under the covers at night. His breed also has no undercoat, and he has spots that are almost completely devoid of fur. He refuses to wake me up and call for help or try to climb into my bed at the risk of accidentally waking me up, he's so sweet. In it, he can get out of bed for a drink or a snack, and he doesn't have to freeze and shiver if he can't crawl back under the covers. I feel so much better knowing it's warm and comfortable and it gets so many compliments too! It's a little loose so you can throw a fleece hoodie underneath if it gets really cold. Bought again a few years ago and they sent me a poorly made fake in a different color and too small so I sent it back. It's getting cold again, so I tried my luck again and reordered. I'm so happy because I got the same as the original that he loves so much! The old one held up well, with no shrinkage (hand wash, air dry), protruding threads or holes, but the color faded to an odd, rather ugly shade of green. Overall, it still serves its purpose of warmth and comfort. Tried the new one tonight and immediately sat down to order another one. He was so comfortable that he fell asleep in my arms before I was even done and was now stretched out in a deep sleep. Very happy with this purchase! (Got a size 2XL for a lean 19lb Boston Terrier)
