Delivered on December 7th. A day later I put in fresh Engerizer batteries just bought, good for 2030. Today is the 15th. I've noticed the light has gotten dimmer the last few days, I use it as a night light, all day/night. What I don't like is that the batteries don't last very long. This indicates that it is an LED strip. LEDs use very little energy, I have dollar batteries in most of my other Christmas lights and they last all season. I don't understand why it sucks the batteries. I like the light and understand that it has a USB plug but where I have it it's not an option. At night you can see the green, but during the day everything is white (in the beginning it was green during the day and at night). I don't know if it's defective or if it's just using too much battery. But just know.
