July 2 update. The company's support team worked hard to fix the issues I was having with the magnetic mount. They sent replacement parts and made a real effort to resolve the issue. They were even transparent and spoke directly to customers about the issue in a video posted on YouTube. If they continue to support the product and their customers, the screen will indeed be a great product. After some use, I love that it's so thin and portable. I didn't notice a particular load on the laptop battery. I like how I can set it up without any additional add-ons. The Henge appears to be very sturdy and durable. I also found that you can adjust the zoom level to make your fonts more readable in Mac and Windows display settings. I don't know why the zoom level changes from time to time or why the screen flips randomly when reconnecting, but it looks like it's more OS related. I just go into settings and reset my settings. I would recommend this sign but it should include extra magnets and they should only send matte black ones as they have a sharper edge meaning more contact surface to hold on to. firmer.============================================ = === ========== Original review on May 28th The screen itself is of decent quality. It's not as sharp as my Lenovo Legion 5's screen, but it's good enough. The problem is that the screen keeps falling off. It never fell off or hit the ground, but it slid off the two magnets to the outer edge no matter which way you pulled. The back edge of my laptop supported it but the screen was crooked. I was nervous that the other support magnets would come loose and the screen would fall off, leaving me unable to use it. I'm disappointed as it's not cheap but I'll have them send better magnets before sending it back.
