I got them as part of a DIY costume / part of my little one's birthday party costume, it was a fun craft. Please note that while the hats are fairly easy to assemble, assembly will require the nimble fingers of a teen, teen, or adult to assemble. They stick together without glue or tape, but are likely to be more reliable in the long run with low adhesion. We used craft pencils, stickers, crayons and paints to decorate them. Elastic bands are enough for most adults and children. All in all, great value for a fun experience.
