This was my first purchase of an epilator and initially I was very pleased. It is not disturbing at all and removed relatively quickly here. However, after 3-4 months I noticed that hair removal on the legs takes longer. I had to run the epilator over the same area to remove the hair. Now I've found that I have to do at least 10 passes to pull out a hair. That is not right! It would be faster to just use tweezers! It's not because the hair is too short, I only do it once or twice a week. The hair is the optimal length for removal. I do this on my shins so I don't have to pull the skin tight because it's already hard. I drive slowly and it doesn't help. The epilator is fully charged between uses. So frustrating! I think it was a bad buy because the rotating head has to become blunt and makes it inefficient. The product was too expensive to become so ineffective in a few months. Updated to add I just spent the last hour chatting with their support team. The only option they offered me was to replace the main unit. What is not there. Nice. I will definitely update
