The chain broke on the first use - right at the top, too
I bought this to go with a bridesmaid dress for the reception. I had basically just lipstick and my phone inside. After I was done with the wedding part, I picked up my purse and the chain broke. My phone and lipstick didn't weigh much at all, so what gives? The purse is a clutch now. It got the job done, it looked nice enough but the quality - not so good.
