Supplied flat and easy to assemble. It sits firmly on my glass table. It's a little smaller than expected, but doesn't suffer from it. I use a fairly high mouse sensitivity so I don't move the mouse cable too much, but it keeps my cable secure and makes me feel like I'm using an almost wireless mouse. Great value for money and if you don't like it it's stylish enough in its box to make a good gift.
