So I got it in the mail today and set it up and overall it's pretty good. I took it apart to see what's inside and saw that I could add a 2.5" hard drive. I don't have any extra SSDs so I put in the 500GB WD Blue drive I had and it's recognized by Windows. However, the system freezes when trying to access the drive. I was able to get it to delete the existing partitions and create a new one, but it keeps crashing when I try to access the drive. I wonder if he can't just turn it on. big deal, I'll order a SATA SSD. Windows installation comes with the usual Microsoft bloat. And Office is installed in 6 languages and each language needs to be uninstalled separately. Connected the system to my WiFi and was able to stream Interstellar in 4K with no issues. So far I'm sold. I'll run some checks with Wireshark and do some registry digs to see if there's any nefarious stuff in here. But for $200, it's a killer deal. I see that the price has gone down after i bought it. At $239, it's still not a bad car. I have a fan related issue. He developed the noise I hear across the bedroom when there are no other noises.
