Since I started working from home at the beginning of the pandemic, the dining room chair cushion I used over the old foam in my office chair has become rock hard. I looked at many other possible pillows and settled on this one because it also has the back support I need. The seat cushion is very nice! Not perfect, but it's a definite improvement over what I had. I still get up and walk occasionally, but I often sit for quite a long time and forget that I've ever had any discomfort. Rear support is okay if not outstanding. I often just sit up straight, which is better for my posture anyway.
