Came broken: gel spill from the pack

When unpackaged I noted that both warming/cooling gel packs were broken and gel was leaking from the packs. Not very convenient design either. I would recommend gel pack that can go around baby’s belly this way it can be used when baby is laying in a crib

Soft easy to insert packs. Can be used for several things.

Cons

The hot pack leaked and was unable to use.
