A worthwhile item on my review.
I volunteer quite a lot at a nearby wildlife refuge and some of my tasks require me to be in sunny and nearly 100 degree temperatures. While doing some of the tasks I volunteer for, which means I'm sometimes out for a few hours, this sun hat with the neck flap saves me from getting burned.It's light-weight and light in color to not absorb the sun so much. I've washed it a few times and let it air-dry between uses.Highly recommended!
Pros
- as advertised -- breathable, light weight and very comfortable -- chin strap easy to adjust.
Cons
- The neck flap is uncomfortable to wear against bare skin
