Pros - Easy assembly - Good build quality - Holds a 20+ lb monitor (AOC U4308V) securely with no issues - The included VESA 200x100 mounting bracket is handy (especially for my use case! ) - Easy to adjust height, spring tension and monitor position - Integrated cable management Cons - No Other Thoughts I bought this bracket/mount to accommodate the dual 32" (inch) monitor arm/mount to replace the one I used. I put my optional 32" monitor on the included stand and wanted something big enough to support the weight of a heavy 43" 4K monitor (AOC U4380V). The monitor I was going to install supports VESA 200x100, so I liked that VIVO included an adapter. With the included adapter, the overall price was comparable and in some cases cheaper than other options that require the purchase of an adapter. Assembling the monitor arm/mount was easy, as was attaching my monitor to the VESA mount. After attaching the mount/mount to my desk and placing my monitor on the mount/mount, I was able to easily adjust the height of the mount/pole mount and adjust the tension until I found the right setting. Once set up I was happy to see that it had no problem supporting a 43 inch panel with no issues. I was able to raise and lower it as needed and take full advantage of the monitor arm/mount, although VIVO only advertises this. as a supporting monitor up to 35 inches (inches). My setup may be "out of spec" for what they recommend, but it works great for me. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase because it works exactly as I hoped it would. This allows me to place the monitor much better than the included stand while also freeing up desk space.
