SI on Sensitivity Disappointing

What I don't like about headphones is that they are too sensitive. If you touch it to increase the volume (press once), the call will end. Touching them to adjust them so they don't fall out of your ears will end the call. When charged in the case, they will be connected to the current call. The volume is low at the maximum setting.
