I'm not sure if the formula has changed, but I'm not thrilled about it. I used to be able to remove makeup in a swipe or two with this product. Feels oily and doesn't seem to dissolve my mascara, which by the way isn't waterproof. I just find it takes longer to remove my eye makeup and I lose my lashes if I keep trying to take my mascara off.
