We gave two of these to the children for Christmas. They used to have some cheap drones and we were looking for replacements. The first few flights went great. Their altitude control and lateral stability were actually very, very good for a $20 drone. HOWEVER, even though our kids were pretty good pilots, accidents are inevitable. After about 60 minutes of flight, one of the sons broke and the on/off switch broke (the housing cracked and the plastic slide fell out). About 30 minutes into the flight, our other son fell and his on/off switch broke. Return/Replacement. Instead I ordered some replacement switches (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GFFGA4I) and soldered them myself. My kids have been flying happily (sometimes badly crashing) for over a week now and the new switches are holding up great. crashes, then this drone flies great for its price.
