About 12 years ago my dentist made professional whitening trays but they no longer fit and I needed an inexpensive replacement. They were very easy to make and I am impressed with their fit. find that the top mouthguard was easier to mold than the bottom one, but I think it's just easier to "suck" on your top teeth? Still, I was able to adjust the bottom splint better by dipping it in hot water a second time (for about 5 seconds) and then using my fingers to press the mold against my bottom front teeth. trays? no They are bulkier and at the same time definitely not that comfortable to wear/use. They are good for the price though and if I didn't have professional trays to compare I don't think I would have any complaints or criticisms.
