Review on Enhanced Safety: Teklectric Resistant Grounded Industrial Electrical Receptacle with Included Safety Features by Tom Beland

I bought this because the price was a little better than others and there was a 100% quality guarantee. 100% satisfaction guarantee doesn't seem to mean anything at the moment? Apart from the 30-day return period, there is no guarantee. I have bought GFCI sockets from several different brands and have had no problems including 1 of 3 sockets from this company, Teklectric. I have been using GFCI sockets from local retailers for many years and have never had a failure. I have written to the company to let them know that this unit has failed and they claim they will not do anything for me as they cannot verify why it failed. I know it has been properly connected and there are no visible signs of damage. The green light is on, but the buttons no longer work. The same socket opposite works without problems. Only if it was within the 30 day return period would Teklectric do anything to help me as per their email. Would not trust this brand and company.
