About 9 months in use with 2 HP 27" monitors. Good design and handles move well. Only complaint is that it can tilt left-right and up-down is a bit sloppy, but you can force it to stay where you want This is because the VESA mount slides into a molded grooved mount and isn't actually screwed, just held in place by gravity and a micro-height adjustment screw There are no issues with flexing or flexing of the levers and the Allen key and cable holder function is quite nice. The height and depth adjustment on the main beam is also fairly easy.A word of caution - make sure this is on a stable table. I used it at Costco. The 2" thick plastic card table can't support the weight so the monitors lean forward. I ended up placing 1x4x1 2 wooden planks between the top and bottom clamp to spread the load on the plastic table and that was a big improvement but still a few degrees of tilt on the bar; However, the tilt of the monitor is adjusted to compensate.
