We were struggling with our existing CRM system but we realized that it was lack of actionability as well due to its heavy customization requirement when compared to other SaaS solutions available at market. The support team has been very helpful throughout my research phase which made me realize about this product. I would like more interaction from both customers (live chat) or better yet an online demo where they walk us through each feature rather than just giving some basic info over email/ phone call response time is also not good enough here. Have used their API integration solution previously too so know how painful manual process can be. This helped reduce all these problems by providing live data insights into our business operations without any hassle whatsoever.
