First of all, I usually appreciate a quality product, not the packaging, but this packaging amazed me! The mug and spoon are packaged in a gift box with a secure seal that won't break, perfect for a quick gift. The mug itself is very skillfully designed and weighted, it fits perfectly in the hand. The floral metal frame is heavier than I expected and firmly attached to the glass. I was concerned about how it would hold up with hot herbal tea, but after a few days I was convinced it was meant for hot water, sometimes freshly brewed. All in all a great gift for people who love hot drinks and enjoy in something. good looking and built to last.
