Didn't help Medical supplies and equipment
I have a carpal tunnel so I thought this might help by providing some support and compression but unfortunately I didn't care. The part you can tighten was right under my wrist so it didn't help when my ankle was really bent. I felt uncomfortable and felt held back rather than supported. Although I like the material.
