I used it for a 22 mile hike in the Grand Canyon. I originally bought the Osprey but the back pockets were rubbing my hand and I was afraid of blisters/rashes from it. Bought to compare... lighter, no chafing, water bladder included at 1/4 price! It had everything I needed (including poles) and was comfortable on my rim-2-rim hike. No pain or blisters. Still looks great and I will use again
