UPDATE: After I first posted my review the company offered to send me a new camera as they thought I could have one have defect. The new one I received has the same problems. In fact, the quality of the camera on this thing just isn't up to scratch. The quality is decent and might be worth it if you're on a budget, but you definitely won't be getting 4K quality or 20MP images. It's fairly low quality, but manageable if you're not too keen on HD videos. Not even on an iPhone. Upgraded to three stars because they provided good customer service. FIRST REVIEW: I was very happy to use this product and got some good videos and photos for the upcoming trip. I decided to take a risk by contacting this company (despite the fact that there were few reviews about it) because the camera's characteristics looked amazing. Unfortunately, this product does not meet the advertised specifications. The camera looks and feels good and the packaging is professional, but that's where the good stuff ends. Image quality is average; it's not terrible, but certainly not 20mp and worse than my iPhone's camera. The video is also average, definitely not 4K or even 1080p. I wouldn't recommend buying if you're looking for high-resolution images and videos. I think maybe I expected too much from the product, especially since it is quite cheap compared to other action cameras. I don't think it was right for me.
