I was a surrogate who now exclusively pumps for her baby. I bought a size S and a size medium. I'll start with what I love about this bra: 1) It's soft, no underwires or anything 2) It holds the pump flanges fairly securely (important because those bottles get heavy when full!). The downside for me was that it wasn't adjustable. On the small one, the straps dug into my shoulders a bit, but on the medium one, they were a little loose around my chest. I'm probably a little weird and they were both serviceable but that knocked me off the star. The opening takes a little getting used to, but once you get used to it, it works great.
