This backpack is great. Right after packing, you can see that it is of good quality. It was full. The only issue I had was that the side laptop zip was pointless when it leads to a laptop sleeve accessed through the main zip. Also, I have a 15" MacBook Pro and I want to put it in my case for extra protection. Plugging and unplugging the laptop + sleeve into the laptop bag is a little awkward and if you don't want that, the laptop bag is pretty pointless. Overall, this is a quality backpack, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who have 15 inch laptops and usually use a bag. If you don't use a case, this is a great laptop backpack.
