It's already broken twice in a few months
I bought the first one as a Father's Day gift. Then it stopped charging and just blinked the lights. The company sent us a second one and it broke after two uses as well. I have not contacted the company yet but it is very sad that this happened twice. I assume this is a bad product. However, according to my husband, the shower gel and other items were great.
