Review on DOVO Dovo Straight Razor Buffalo by Jill Weingartner

My fiance loves this razor! This is the best of the best. I was very happy with the color of the handle, it was exactly as shown in the picture. The main reason we chose the 6/8 is because it's the only one with a white horn grip. It is very well made and very sharp. He shaved right away and according to him "it effortlessly shaved off all the hair on his face." I only gave this 4 stars because you can see in the last picture shown there is a crack in the gold and you can feel it when you run your finger over it. It also had a scratch, very small but still quite disappointing, if you're spending close to $400 it should be shiny and new, no scratches or scuffs. I would return it for one with no defects but my husband is sentimental and wants to keep it for himself as it was his birthday present. All in all, this is the perfect razor.
