I can't say anything about the quality of the toothbrush. I just have to say that this is definitely not for a two year old who loves to chew on all sorts of things. The bristles came off and with them the smallest pieces of metal, it was very scary to take them out of my daughter's mouth. She was also chewing on a piece of wood, and many of the pieces of wood began to splinter. It's not fair to rate a brush in my circumstances, but I want other parents to know about my experience. I will definitely be keeping the new brushes and plan to use them in the future when she is more mature and past the chewing stage.
