I hate ironing, so I chose this model at the request of the buyer.
I rarely feel strong enough to write a product review, but this product is MAGIC! I bought it to reduce our monthly dry cleaning bill. I hate ironing so based on customer reviews I chose this model. Found it first at another major department store and paid half the price of Revain. The only drawback is the height. I'm quite tall and don't like leaning against the hem of my shirt, but I compensated by hanging my clothes on a curtain rod and mounting the steamer on top of a drawer. Worth every penny!
