UPDATE I went from 1 star to 4. After writing this I contacted the seller and was great to work with. Even though I contacted them outside of the warranty window, they still replaced it for free. Very happy with their customer service. But still 4 stars because all the last packaging broke. But the replacement has been excellent so far. Very disappointed. I have bought them three times and loved them. When I last ordered them, however, 99% broke after 2-3 uses. Heads stopped turning altogether. My husband got the same one from another pack and it still works great. However, the last 4 I used broke almost immediately.
