The software has been very helpful in streamlining our candidate search process. We have found it to be easy enough even new employees can use without much training or guidance from us! I dislike having to log into each individual account when we need something done quickly but overall this program works well with all of my team members' accounts so far. If you want a user friendly ATS which will help your small business grow then look no further than Vi Recruiter! They are great about responding within minutes and helping solve issues as they arise - always looking out for their customers needs first. Having multiple people working remotely means keeping track of who did what work becomes difficult if not impossible sometimes. This software helps me keep up with everyone's progress by displaying everything right there next to them while searching for candidates. There isn't anything really i don't like yet. As long as things run smoothly the benefits outweigh those few minor hiccups here and there. Great product solving problems before.
