I like how good they are at listening to their customer's needs and developing solutions for them, this is especially true of their team in the UK. The pricing model can be difficult to understand at first. You have to understand that there is a monthly cost which pays for development work and also allows you to add features you need without paying extra. There's room for improvement as far as UI. The product does exactly what it says on the tin - if you're looking for messaging between your microservices/containers in production, you'll find what you need here. We use Kubernetes to create environments for our customers, but we wanted to send messages between containers within those environments. This is ideal because we do not want to pollute our data centre with the overhead associated with creating new servers.
