This CUZEC accessory socket (cigarette lighter) is well made and works perfectly. The plug is strong and has strong high-pressure contacts. 2 extra fuses are included and the fuse is easy to replace by simply unscrewing the plug's center pin. The attached wire is thickly insulated and has the correct polarity: RED insulated wire at the tip of the connector (usually positive) and BLACK wire at the external terminal (usually negative). The pressure of the side contact spring is very high, so this connector requires significant pressure to insert or remove it from the accessory slot. Note that only one of the two outer pins is actually connected. One side is negative and the other is floating. I am using this connector and wire to power a 12v fuel pump. I cut off the ends of the wire (ring terminals) and connected the built in rocker switch and then another additional wire, soldered and double insulated, directly to my transfer pump. Works perfectly.
