The gadget lasted for two months. At first, headphones stopped playing music. I brought it in under warranty. As accessories are not covered by the warranty, the vendor resisted taking the products in for inspection for a very long period. Despite extensive discussions with the "employee of the month," they nonetheless submitted an application for evaluation. After a month of checking, they contacted and declined a guarantee, stating that the guarantee does not apply due to the sort of mechanical damage to the socket. They claimed I appeared to be tinkering with a screwdriver. As a result, neither a new product replacement nor a refund was given to me. To be quite honest, I would have really appreciated the product if not for its short lifespan and the rudeness of the sellers. And as for me, the honor of being named employee of the month needs to be justified in some way. Finally, I want to point out that a massive retailer like MVideo, which advertises loudly that "We care," actually treats its consumers very differently. PS: The issue price is $700.
