Falls too much for a premium
These are cotton pads, I don't think they contain any premium... One side peels off and the other is smooth. The peeling side definitely sounds like you have to soak a cotton swab or the little peeling dots will get too rough. The smooth side...well, I'm honestly not sure what you're going to use it for. It just falls off. Even if you use the peeling side, it will start peeling off that side as well. After that I bought a private label and saw a big difference. It was packed more densely so it absorbed more. The liquid on them oozed out very easily when I applied my toner.
