Poor design - didn't even last a month
We have worn these shoes for many years. I've overlooked their durability in the past because they're cute and easy for kids to put on and take off, but this latest pair didn't even last a month. The silver hardware holding the strap keeps falling off and I can't return it for an exchange?! Two weeks have passed since the 30-day return period. Definitely disappointing.
