Review on 🌡️ Pack of 5 DHT22 / AM2302 Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor by Doug Small

2 of the 5 sensors I received were junk. They work several hours, sometimes an hour or 2 hours, sometimes even 24 hours. After a while, the sensors stop giving readings. Rebooting the microcontroller doesn't help. The only solution is to turn off the sensor itself and then start reading the values. I have 10 old DHT11 sensors and none show this behavior. For that reason, I'm sticking with DHT11 and staying away from those sensors. If you plan on using them, be sure to plan a way to turn them off to get them working again after a failure. In an attempt to solve my problem with them I searched on google and found dozens of people having the same problem with these DHT22 i.e. they just stop working after using them for a few hours. My advice is to stay away from those pesky sensors.
