The magnetic clasp is too weak

The strap is only held in place by a magnetic clasp. My Fitbit keeps giving no reports or readings because it's too weak and losing contact. NOTE: It is not loose enough to fall off, but loose enough to lose sensor effect. It usually subsides during the day and especially at night.
