Very hard, crumpled and heavy material. Not expected

This item is true to size and good quality. It was comfortable. I returned it because the picture is misleading - it looks like a light "flowing" material but it isn't. It is strong/crumpled, quite thick and heavy. Makes a little noise when moving and is not my preferred material for swimming or other water activities. It didn't feel like it was breathable or absorbent enough to make good summer shorts.
